Food & Drink

With 15 years of restaurant experience and 6 years in catered chalets our food is something we are very passionate about at Snow True.

From our homemade chutneys and jams via mouthwatering cakes and Clive’s handmade chocolates (did we mention Clive trained as a chocolatier in Belgium?) you are in for a treat!

Dinner is the moment where you can sit down, relax, discuss your exploits on the slopes and enjoy our delicious creations such as slow cooked lamb shanks, Thai duck curry or Ilse's legendary veg lasagne. We are committed to using local producers where possible and in summer even grow our own fruit and vegetables for jams and chutneys.

At Snow True we don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and like to tailor our menu to guests tastes wherever possible. Whether you want family style dinners or four course feasts, we’ve got it covered.

Prior to your arrival we will discuss dietary requirements with you and design our menu accordingly. From gluten free to vegetarian to vegan we have it all in our repertoire.

Most people would agree that the ideal way to enjoy a great meal, is to accompany it with a good wine.
With our experience over the years we feel that we have compiled a wonderful and varied wine list complementing our menus and adding another dimension to dining with us.
